Radiator stripping

More economical than buying a new radiator (and looks better too)!

Experts in cast iron radiator stripping.

There’s not a lot to say about stripping radiators, apart from that we remove all of the old paint (and rust, if there is any).

The time this saves in removing all of the paint by hand cannot be under-estimated, and the finish is far smoother.

If you come across a classic radiator, don’t be put off by it’s appearance, as we can have it stripped down ready for re-coating in no time at all. Our recommendation is to use a clear lacquer – it retains the industrial finish but also allows more heat to escape (which can be reduced by a couple of coats of paint)

We cover all of Ayrshire, Edinburgh & Glasgow (including Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire & Inverclyde).

Lastly…the price. We believe the quality of our service is more important than price. However, we don’t believe you’ll be able to find a like-for-like service at a better price.

The photos below give you a good idea of how radiators can look before & after they’ve been through the stripping process.
